Join our team at Pivotal Health and Wellness, Inc. in Lake Worth, FL, as a bilingual, full-time Clinic Case and Sales Manager.
BASICS: PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE
We offer a competitive base salary / base pay plus commissions which can result in an annual salary between $50,000-$100,000 annually. We also offer a friendly, easy-going environment! Staff is also given a bonus based on production.
This is a full-time position, with weekly hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours. Your work schedule typically includes:
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Afternoon shifts
- Fridays: Morning shift
You will receive approximately one month of training to ensure you excel in this role.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Your day begins with a series of consultations, a vital step in understanding each patient's unique needs and determining their suitability for our specialized program. Collaborating closely with our Manual Therapist, you assist in conducting thorough examinations, utilizing tests and x-rays to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their health status. This hands-on approach sets the stage for a tailored wellness journey.
As the day progresses, your focus shifts to reviewing the Doctor's recommendations with patients, addressing any concerns or objections they may raise. Your role as a motivator and encourager comes to the forefront as you inspire patients to take action and actively engage in the prescribed program. The commitment extends to providing guidance and support during the onboarding process, helping patients navigate equipment, supplements, and dietary changes. Finally, your day wraps up with post-program follow-ups and maintenance care sessions, reinforcing the long-term value of their well-being. Each interaction throughout the day contributes to building lasting relationships and empowering individuals on their path to optimal health.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- At least 1 years of sales experience in medium/high ticket sales
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Communication skills
- A commitment to punctuality, with zero tolerance for lateness or missed shifts
