Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner (24-48 hour expectation)
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Be responsive to on-call emergencies
- 1 years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be 'on-call' for emergencies
