Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders within a 24-48 hour expectation
- Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court-ordered "set-outs" as needed
- Perform unit turnovers between residents according to company standards (3-5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on-call emergencies
Requirements:
- 1 years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
