Pivotal Perspectives is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer acquisition services for our clients. We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to join our sales team and enhance our customer interactions on behalf of our clients.

Role Overview :

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers to drive engagement and support our clients sales and expansion efforts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience and building strong relationships.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A confident attitude with superior customer service and communication skills

  • Able to start immediately
  • Able to commute to our office in Santa Maria
