As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership and management skills. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments, participate in sales initiatives, and work closely with senior management to understand the business’s operations and objectives. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in continued training and development opportunities within various departments
- Work closely with fellow team members and senior management to meet and exceed sales targets
- Learn all client information, sales goals and customer outreach techniques
- Engage directly with prospective customers
- Quickly identify and problem solve challenges as they arise
