What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Trainee position at Pivotal Management?
Our partnership with one of the premier telecommunication providers in Central California is stronger than ever before. Our goal is to continue to provide record breaking results in the Santa Maria area and to do so, we are hiring a Sales Trainee immediately. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the continued success of both our clients and our firm through engaging with local consumers face to face to educate them on our client's products and services.
Sales Trainee Job Duties Include:
- Sales presentations executed directly to customers in the local area
- Customer engagement & promotional sales presentations
- Handling objections & closing sales
- Customer enrollment
- Record keeping & reporting
- Compliance
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working directly with customers
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Must be able to work out of our office based in Santa Maria
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work full-time and start immediately
