Pivotal Parenting Support is a rapidly-growing ABA Provider serving Los Angeles County. We are Looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in joining our company. Join our team as we grow and help children with autism-spectrum disorder.
Each therapist is trained in a small group setting and continuous support is provided one on one with one of our BCBA’s. This relationship enables our RBT’s to focus on providing excellent clinical care and potential career growth.
Online data collection: Every staff member is equipped with a tablet for electronic data collection. We use the latest software to keep things productive and easier to support and reach our team members.
Offering awesome compensation: We pride ourselves on paying our staff fairly for the experience they provide. We pay $23-$28 an hour, which includes 14 days of PTO and comprehensive health and life insurance for eligible employees. We also provide hands-on training, and BCBA certification supervision to further your career development.
About The Role
We are currently seeking qualified part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention. They will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other administrative duties may apply.
Job Details:
Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and in the community.
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data using our online platform

Job Title: Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
