We are currently looking to hire someone with an outgoing and engaging personality to fill an entry-level Customer Service Ambassador position on our team. As a member of our ambassador team, you will be the face of our clients throughout the local community, leveraging your people skills to engage potential customers and facilitate the enrollment process.
Customer Service Representative Job Overview:
- Customer outreach and engagement
- Executing sales presentations to potential customers
- Assisting new customers with the enrollment process
- Maintaining up to date knowledge on our clients and their products, services and promotions
- Tracking all sales data and related information
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Some prior experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required
- Comfortable engaging with working directly with customers
- High attention to detail when managing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
