Staff Pharmacist
We are looking for full-time Pharmacists to provide high-quality patient-centered care services with a focus on quality measures. The pharmacist will supervise the daily activities of support personnel. The pharmacist will promote cost-effective drug use and quality patient care. The pharmacist will improve their professional skills and knowledge and professionally perform all job functions.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
- BLS required
- ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire
