Director of Business Development
The Business Development Director will be responsible for building & maintaining a professional relationship with key referral sources to grow top-line revenue.
Remote - with travel as needed
Duties
- Oversee a team of Sales, Marketing, and Admissions Coordinators
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, payers, and other clinicians in acute care hospitals to drive census development
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 4 years of sales experience
- Experience in claims or adjacent business (ex., Marsh, Willis, Aon, Hub, Lockton)
- Able to drive new business and manage those new accounts brought in
Previous experience with sales and marketing in workers' compensation, IME, peer review, and/or insurance properties. Must be primarily a business developer and not an account manager.
