Your responsibilities will include reviewing new admissions, developing treatment plans, and leading rounds with nurse practitioners to promote positive patient outcomes. Shift : Day shift, flexible with preferred schedule; ideally 4 10's rotate weekend call, 3 mid-levels to support.
Responsibilities :
Reviewing the new admissions
Making a plan and overseeing an NP for rounding daily
4 rounds a week
Comprehensive rehabilitation management for patients
Medical Oversight and Direction
rounds at both sites with nurse practitioner support.
Requirements :
- Florida Licensure / Eligibility
- Provide excellent care for the inpatient rehabilitation population
- Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and promotes positive patient outcomes
- Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
