Physical Therapist

Responsible for helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function thereby enabling optimal performance and enhancing health, well-being, and quality of life. Under a physician-approved plan of care, this position is responsible for providing interventions, conducting reexaminations, modifying interventions as necessary, and performing discharge planning.
Shift: No Oasis documentation required. PT with exp. M-F, 1 weekend day per month
Requirements:
- PA Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
