Sterile Processing Manager
Manages the daily operations of Sterile Processing workflows, staffing, scheduling, and staff performance to optimize productivity and eliminate defects.
Shift: 3:00:00 PM to 11:30:00
Requirements:
- CRCST, CBSPD, or CST certification required; CIS, CER & CHL preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree required (experience may be substituted); Bachelor's in business or health-related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Sterile Processing is required. Management or supervisory experience preferred.
