DON Job Description:
The Director of Nursing (DON) at Pivotal Placement Services is responsible for leading our nursing team and developing strategies to improve patient care. As a DON, you will work closely with our leadership team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain nursing service goals, objectives, and standards of nursing practice
* Adhere to staffing plans and develop Nursing Department policies and procedures
* Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
* AL Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Experience as a DON or in a similar leadership role at a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
* Current BLS certification required, ACLS certification can be a condition of employment
