We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill the role of Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of a construction project/projects, be part of a team from the beginning to the end and work closely with the client/s to ensure expectations are met. Responsible for making sure the project is completed on budget and on time.
Education:
- 3 years of work experience as a Construction Project Manager
- 5 years of Retail Construction- preferred
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of projects
- Work with local authorities for inspections and permits
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Selecting subcontractors and delegating work
- Manage project budgets
- Track project deliverables using web-based tools
- Site visits, store walks and punch walks
- Provide direction and support to the construction project team
- Continuously monitor and report on the progress of all projects to client
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve completion
