Role responsibilities
Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node
Building AI tools for end-customers to generate new content
Developing analytics and experimentation products end-to-end
Creating 3rd-party integrations with platforms like Shopify
Building payments/billing infrastructure for managing customer use-cases
Owning multiplayer editor end-to-end, focusing on CRDT and React-performance
Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end
Candidate requirements
1 - 6 years of experience Ideally fast-moving engineer with at least 1 year of experience from an early-stage startup (pre-Series B)
Experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points.
Excited to work hybrid with the team in San Francisco
Strong proficiency in Typescript/React/Node.
Can leverage GPT/Claude/Cursor to accelerate their work.
Experience building products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue.
Has a product and customer-focused mindset.
Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it).
CS degree or similar from top university

Previous experience at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup
Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good.
Former founder, or founding experience
Experience in and enjoyment of hackathons
