Job Description
The Network / Systems Administrator is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues.
Additional Responsibilities :
o Critical system down issues where collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is necessary to come to a resolution.
o Complex issues that have made their way through the Desktop Support team without resolution.
o Documents details of resolution and communicated those details to Helion team and clients.
Collaborates with Tier III support team to resolve escalated issues.Directly responsible for managing and resolving all Executive and Owner level escalations.Coordinates with outside vendors to resolve high level escalations from the Service Desk.Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
