Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results.

Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
