Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Social media management and visual content production
- Edit and create print materials (ie: business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.)
- Contribute to pre-production through creative concepting and storyboarding
- Proofread documents for grammar, data accuracy, and brand standard adherence and coordinate production and delivery
- Edit existing websites using WordPress content management system
- Help produce engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Create content for email campaigns
- Assist in planning internal and external events as needed
- Strategize and implement email, social, internal intranet content calendars
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues
- Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Minimum of intermediate-level experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
- Outgoing personality with an ability to learn new things quickly is a must.
