- Escalations
- Critical system down issues where collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is necessary to come to a resolution.
- Complex issues that have made their way through the Desktop Support team without resolution.
- Documents details of resolution and communicated those details to Helion team and clients.
- Collaborates with Tier III support team to resolve escalated issues.
- Directly responsible for managing and resolving all Executive and Owner level escalations.
- Coordinates with outside vendors to resolve high level escalations from the Service Desk.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and decommission
- Manage and maintain settings
- Configure, test, and deploy Group Policy
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory domains in a multi-server domain/forest
- Install, migrate, and programmatically deploy printers
- File Management
- Configure, test, and deploy Folder Redirection
- Configure, test, and deploy DFS for shared file storage
- Configure, test, and deploy OneDrive personal file redirection
- DHCP management and failover setup and configuration
- DNS management
- 3rd party application management including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
- Firewall access rule configuration and port forwarding
- Bandwidth monitoring
- ISP or WAN connection issues
- Microsoft Exchange 2007-2016 installation, configuration, and support
- Office 365 migration, configuration and support
- Barracuda spam filter configuration, maintenance, and support
- External DNS record configuration: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hyper V hosts and virtual servers in a VMware environment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VM hosts and virtual servers in a Hyper V environment
- Azure Active Directory Connect/Active Directory File Server experience in an enterprise environment
- Writes Windows Power Shell scripts for automation or maintenance
- Provides technical expertise on O365 services:
- Teams, Azure, Multi-factor Authentication and Single Sign On
- Create, test, modify, and deploy scripts using PowerShell, Bat files, and Kaseya's proprietary scripting engine
- Application deployment
- Application removal
- Icon deployment
- File or resource auditing
- 1 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or Windows Systems Administrator
- AZ-104 is a plus
- AZ-500 is a plus
