ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Creative Content Producer is an integral member of the Principal Communications team and a partner to the team's agencies of record. On behalf of Pivotal, and its suite of brands, they will manage productions of large and small-scale creative content to ensure flawless execution. The Creative Content Producer is accountable for authoring project approaches to best achieve creative and strategic vision in support of media relations and principal social media channels. The producer will manage project timelines, deliverables, and the day-to-day production of creative assets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Works cross functionally with the social, media, and writing teams to ensure the production flow of creative content from ideation, production, reviews, and final asset delivery.
Project Management :
- Manages creative talent and vendors in the design and production of established creative services projects in a timely and cost-efficient way.
- Primary point of contact for internal partners and collaborators.
- Collaborate in the development of project approach (creative briefs) and creative objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring project feasibility and timeliness.
- Manage multiple production timelines to ensure proper delivery of assets based on editorial calendar using tools like AirTable.
- Ensures that all creative materials are of high quality and aligns with visual and messaging guidelines.
- Gather accurate metrics from social / media leads on content performance across digital platforms to help shape future content creation.
- On-site support for creative and digital team members during principal productions and trips.
- Responsible for in-house content edits including light photo & video editing.
- Author project plans, scope, timeline, budget, results; coordinate with and manage vendors; identify and solve potential project pitfalls; support internal communication, attendance & participation in planning meetings; internal tracking and reporting of project statuses, support for execution of vendor contracts, etc.
- Manage scope with internal partners and, as appropriate, define change orders, documentation of direction / design change, cross checking deliverables and scope adherence.
- Support team in planning team meetings and keeping notes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors. Establish ongoing talent review and acquisition for upcoming initiatives and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Base annual compensation range for this role is from $123,900 - $130,800. This is a full-time position located in Kirkland, WA.
