We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a medium to fast paced environment. As a host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests , managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Your expertise in hosting and knowledge of customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests enthusiastically and in a timely manner.
- Make guests feel valued and welcome.
- Managing reservations using the OpenTable system.
-Taking and making calls for reservations.
- Seat guests based on rotation availability, server strength, and preferences.
- Be knowledgeable in our history and menu to answer any questions guests may have.
- Keep host stand clean and stocked.
- Helping buss tables to ensure a clean dinning room.
Requirements
- Food Handlers and TABC are required for this position. (We are a brewery)
- Previous hosting experience is not required but appreciated.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
