Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system promptly.
- Service Excellence: Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.
- Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of beverages, including traditional and specialty cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a tidy dining area and bar, including setting up and breaking down stations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a server and bartender role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
