We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Manager who has strong digital marketing, including Paid Advertising / PPC experience with multi-channel and multi-market campaign management and copywriting skills.
As the Marketing Manager you will be working closely with the Team Leaders to ensure the marketing strategy supports the organisations service to deliver on their contractual targets and further develops the brand.
About the role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join us here at Pix For My Wall. Our Marketing Executives create high-quality content, developing, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.A key part of this Marketing Executive role involves creating engaging press releases to promote projects, sales and successes. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts across a range of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. As a Marketing Executive for Pix For My Wall, you will be required to manage and optimise digital marketing efforts, and conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own, lead and develop marketing assets for email campaigns, collateral, social posts, customer surveys and digital ads.
- Create and execute the internal and external marketing strategy based on industry trends, SEO, target audiences.
- Create and manage communications and content across all digital channels (email, social, and web).
- Helping designers and developers prioritize tasks and gather feedback.
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to keep everyone aligned and on the same page.
- Maintain customer and prospecting database and help improve segmentation and other key personalization criteria.
- Work with sales team to support sales cycle and correspond with inbound leads.
- Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, and take notes during project planning calls.
- Work with team to develop reporting standards to help measure the effort of campaigns and other cross-functional metrics.
- Coordinate efforts with third party agencies, and or freelancers on occasion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with remote teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write standout, engaging copy
- Working knowledge of office productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in marketing and project management.
- Experience with developing brands and website content is also favorable but non-essential
- An experienced digital marketer with hands-on marketing experience of running successful paid campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Email Service Providers and CRM systems (ie. Dot Digital)
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Experience with public relation strategies and the delivery of PR strategies is desirable.
