Job Summary
Pixartprinting, a leader in the digital printing industry, is excited to announce the opening of a new facility in Warrendale, Pittsburgh (PA).
We are seeking a skilled Binding Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining binding equipment, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various binding techniques and processes.
Responsibilities:
Load material onto the binding machine and supervise it during the process
Check for proper matching and alignment of pages;
Check the quality of the work done.
Unload the finished product from the machinery and report any errors during the binding process.
Ensure proper calibration and setup of the binding machine based on specific job requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the binding machine to ensure optimal performance.
Packaging the finished product and print the waybill for shipment.
Use the management system during the different stages of processing.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the role in structured companies;
Good knowledge of stapling machines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the use of a PC.
Willingness to work shifts
