Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to
join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers,
providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with
restaurant takeout/delivery orders. Your ability to communicate effectively and
manage cash handling and credit cards will be essential in creating a positive
shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.
• Up sell products by recommending additional items based on customer

needs.

• Ensure the Front of restaurant area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

always.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but

not required.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
• Ability to perform product demos and upsell items effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced

environment.
