Assistant Store Manager
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an *Assistant Store Manager*! This is a working manager position that offers hands-on work with the business and the opportunity to make a real impact. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and the Owner to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform closing duties and oversee end-of-day operations.
- Collaborate with and manage a team of teenagers and adults, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure follow-through.
- Assist in making and preparing food, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer management, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor and control food waste to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are appropriate.
- Handle employee management, including scheduling and team development.
- Uphold quality control and implement cost control measures.
**Schedule:**
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4 PM - 9 PM
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 4 PM - 9 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM - 9 PM
- Sunday: 4 PM - 9 PM
**Weekly Hours:** 35-40 hours
