Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Phone skills and pos system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, equipment, and dining space.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
