Pizza Bocca Lupo in San Jose, CA is looking for one prep cook / pizza maker to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 87 North San Pedro Street 133. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Pay is $18-$20/hr plus tips of $7-$10/hr.

Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare dough, toppings, etc
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Make and serve pizzas
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States (we use E-verify; https://www.e-verify.gov/sites/default/files/everify/posters/EVerifyParticipationPoster.pdf)
- Able to lift 50lb.
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Pizza Maker a plus
