Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at the Bakersfield Pizza Factory. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of AWESOME food as well as ensuring excellent customer service within our Pizza Factory.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and tossing AWESOME pizzas in accordance with company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service while taking in-person and phone orders.
- Working as a team to ensure smooth kitchen and dining area operations.
This job is ideal for someone who:
- Has prior experience in a restaurant or with making and preparing pizzas
- Has knowledge of kitchen procedures and food preparation techniques
- Has strong time management skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
