Experience
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience with POS systems for order management and inventory tracking.
- Background in bartending or coffee service is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training development for kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
