Job Overview
IPH Operational Enterprises Arkansas LLC is a Pizza Hut franchise office in Middletown KY. Our franchise is comprised of 28 stores, 6 of which are in Iowa/Illinois and the remaining 22 here in Louisville and S Indiana. Our Administrative Associate will provide varying support duties for the Director of Operations and Controller of IPH as well as our field team of 4 Area Coaches and 28 Restaurant General Managers.
What are some of the duties? Well, it varies day by day. Here are some examples:
Mission critical is the processing of a biweekly field payroll. This includes researching a new hire that’s not in the pay system, pay rates not showing, verifying excess hours worked, any variable you can imaging while processing payroll.
This position is responsible to offer and enroll employees in the various benefit plans (health, dental, and other coverages) and communicate with our payroll provider the deductions for employees. As well, double-checking to ensure an employee remains employed and the deductions are taking place. It’s a simple report but does need to be checked. (monthly)
You’ll join/participate in Weekly Teams Meeting. You will be asked to schedule/set up Teams Meetings.
Receive email invoices to the accounts payable team. Some require approval, first. Gather reporting information from our Pizza Hut site and share with the team. Check USPS mail and distribute what’s received. Deposit any checks received. Review background checks; communicate with Area Coaches/Director of Ops if any issues; become familiar with payroll site, conduct pay research if necessary.
Above items just a snippet of the responsibilities but so you’re aware this position with IPH will require support for all teams – Financial and Operations IPH will be converting various system throughout 2025 such as Financial and Operational Reporting, ADP HR Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll, and other types of marketing and financial systems to support the business.
Experience required with MS Office products – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, will have access to Franchise Systems and supporting management in 5 varying states of the company. Work independently, ability to prioritize, and excellent time management skills.

The working hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. There may be contact after hours occasionally. Wage shown above is dependent upon your experience.
