Support Staff Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support in a variety of Human Resources related functions including but not limited to Human Resources, Benefits administration, Finance and Operations.
28 hours per week
The Administrative Assistant will provide the following support :
- Prepares below store level offer letters requested by the District Managers
- Company communication including but not limited to benefits enrollment eligibility
- Prepares statistical reports and reviews for accuracy
- Perform clerical functions, such as typing correspondence and logging and tracking of information
- Tracking related to training requirements
- Vendor application processing and set-up
Requirements : Required Skills
