Peak Interests LLC dba Pizza Hut is seeking interested candidates for an Area Coach Position. This position is a full-time position, accountable for building the overall organizational capability and profitability of their designated geographic area under the direction of the Operations Director. They will supervise the activities and results of 4- 6 restaurants. This person should be self-motivated, highly energetic with a positive attitude and display a work ethic that role models their expectations of their direct reports.
Requirements
· Residency must be based in Omaha Metro Area
· Multi-Unit Supervisory experience: 1-3 years preferably in a food service, hospitality or retail environment
· Time Management: Area Coaches work in multiple stores across a large region, driving many miles to coordinate in-store visits and spending time with Restaurant Managers.
· Planning/Organizational Skills
· Thorough knowledge of restaurant operational performance standards and metrics.
· Good oral / written communication skills.
· Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
· Leadership Skills
· Highly Self-Driven
· Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee staffing/training
· Decision Making / Problem Solving Ability
