Are you an expert in driving sales at the local level? Do you have a proven track record in taking a brand campaign and making it resonate locally? Pizza Hut is looking for an Associate Manager Marketing, Franchise Transformation to join our Transformation Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Franchise Transformation, this newly created role will play an important part in transforming sales at the store level by sharing expertise in local marketing strategy. A successful candidate will be able to not only analyze data to determine a strategic vision for growth but also partner with franchisees to turn the strategy into actionable plans to drive sales at the restaurant level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive transformational growth in key locations by analyzing sales data and industry trends to identify local marketing opportunity areas.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees to influence marketing execution to drive sales while also balancing operational excellence.
- Develop a recommended pricing approach for specific locations factoring in market conditions as well as broader company pricing strategy goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis in specific markets to understand sales and pricing dynamic highlighting opportunity areas for growth.
- Help build a foundational store-level local marketing plan for specific locations based on national strategy (POP, print, boxtoppers, etc) but influenced by market/regional dynamics.
- Partner with internal teams (loyalty, social, CRM, etc) to provide recommended, highly-targeted digital activation plans for franchisees looking for additional support.
- Provide expertise in grassroots marketing tactics and suggest the most impactful plan based on market dynamics (i.e. catering, sponsorship, competitive blunting, etc.).
- Build know-how from other franchisees on best-in-class local market execution and implement plan to share best practices.
- Understand the role of aggregators (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) as an opportunity area for select stores.
- Partner with franchisees to leverage aggregator promotional opportunities to drive store sales growth.
- Develop relationships with restaurant general managers and above-store leaders to understand marketplace dynamics and improve marketing tactic results.
- Committed to thinking outside the box to help stores overcome barriers to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- You will be required to work in the Plano, TX office a minimum of 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- A minimum of 7 years of field marketing experience, or related work experience.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating composure and flexibility under a dynamic business environment.
- Team player mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
- Some travel may be required.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
