You will also be responsible for pre-bus tables, delivering guest checks efficiently, and completing assigned closing duties.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask. You will also need to be able to stand for long periods, walk around the restaurant facility, bend, stoop, or squat frequently, push/pull equipment occasionally, reach above shoulder level occasionally, grasp/grip menus, silverware, coins, money, plates, trays, glasses, utensils, and cleaning rags frequently, and use finger dexterity constantly.
