Duties:

- Reliable vehicle: You will need a reliable vehicle to make deliveries. It should be in good working condition and have appropriate insurance coverage.

- Drivers are crossed trained in other positions.

- Time management skills: As a delivery driver, you will need to manage your time efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.

- Knowledge of local area: Familiarity with the local area is important to navigate efficiently and deliver orders on time.

- Ability to handle cash: Some delivery drivers may be responsible for handling cash payments, so basic math skills are important.

- Physical stamina: Delivery drivers will need to barry pizza boxes and walk long distances, so physical stamina is important.

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle

- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and delivery guidelines

Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check.

- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools (e.g., GPS)

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
