The Restaurant Manager will provide direction and development to the Heart of House team, ensuring they maintain our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. This includes teaching and coaching hourly staff on maintaining service, food, and beverage standards, and mentoring and developing the HOH Hourly Staff to support the organization's talent pipeline and drive growth.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the heart of the house on their shifts, ensuring efficient operation while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all operations, recipe, specifications books, and training materials are current and maintained. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining fully and properly trained staff to operate the restaurant effectively and ensuring that building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures are in good repair, clean, and maintained regularly.
