Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for POS daily uploads, data integrity, backups, and cash reconciliation. Assist the POS Administrator with daily POS information processing and menu management.
Ensures that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
Essential Functions
• Perform daily processing to upload and validate POS data integrity.
• Execution of daily, weekly and period processing.
• Execution of daily, weekly and period reporting.
• Perform daily and weekly backup on various office computer systems (iSeries, SQL server, etc).
• Prepare tape pouch for courier and manage tape backup rotation.
• Maintain iSeries Inventory list for all companies
• Familiar with POS menu systems and management.
• Data warehouse documentation
Other Functions
Performs other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Required Experience
A minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Working knowledge of accounting and computer concepts. Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing. Ability to cope with stressful situations and rigid deadlines.
