The Region Coach plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of assigned restaurants, focusing on quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales. This position requires directing the recruitment, retention, and development of Area Coaches and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify top talent and coach future leaders.
• Ensure assigned areas achieve financial commitments and guest satisfaction standards.
• Provide strategic guidance for restaurant operations, standards, and guidelines.
• Monitor capital expenditures within each restaurant and area.
• Analyze systems and procedures for continuous improvement.
