Responsibilities :
Stock and set up stations with all supplies necessary
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for service
Maintain station par levels throughout the shift
Keep work station clean and organized at all times
Adhere to company cooking standards and procedures
Assist fellow crew members when needed
Ensure that the food comes out with high quality and in a timely fashion
Requirements :
Organized and pays keen attention to detail
Clean and good hygiene practice
Can work with minimum supervision
Can coordinate with chefs and restaurant staff
Can function well under stress
Accuracy and speed in completing tasks
Flexible availability
Has a positive attitude and can follow directions
Physical & Mental Requirements :
Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
