What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at Pizza Shack?
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the FOH Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily front of house operations.
Some of the duties include (but not limited to):
Managing and scheduling employees
Ensuring a positive work environment
Maintaining high level of customer service and building guest relations
Requirements include:
Must have 2 years relevant restaurant experience
Passionate about customer service
Be able to work nights and weekends
*Bar experience is a Plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
