Job Title: Host/Take-Out Specialist

Hybrid Position: Host and Take-out Specialist

As a host / takeout specialist you will be the direct link between potential guests and the restaurant. You are the first smiling face our guests see as they come in and the first available to create a positive and lasting guest relationship. The joint task of the host /takeout specialist is fun and fast paced. You will be directly responsible for taking, placing, and preparing all takeout orders with great customer service. You will retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with confidence and enthusiasm. Impeccable customer service and excellent communication skills come hand in hand, so we expect a high quality of verbal and written communication skills for describing our products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as a company advocate and embody Pizzana’s values : excellent customer service, innovation, community, cleanliness, and a great place to work.
• Participate and excel in your FOH training as you memorize our menu, beverage selection, FAQs, and all things Pizzana.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Pizzana culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service within the standards of management and Pizzana policies.
• Maintain aesthetic guidelines while packaging
• Practice proper cash handling procedures with a smile
• Demonstrate effortless teamwork skills as you rely and assist fellow coworkers in providing the Pizzana experience .
• Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all requirements for duration of shift or until relieved.

You Have:

• Ability to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace to keep up with our bustling guests.
• Necessary Food Handlers Certification ( city/ store specific).

Pay: $17.28 - $18.00 per hour
