Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to sanitation standards and food preparation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and support other team members during busy shifts.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A strong understanding of sanitation practices within the kitchen and dining areas is essential.
- Previous experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable is advantageous.
