Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
Experience
