- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Implement and maintain food service management standards
- Provide guidance and support to Assistant Managers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and shift management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
