Expeditor

Duties include communicating with both the FOH staff and back of house staff about the timing of all dishes. Bringing all food to dinners and communicating anything customers say to the appropriate servers. Expediter also organizes all takeout/delivery items so that all orders are complete, labeled correctly, adn organized for the cashier.

Maintains station which includes serving utensils and helps FOH with polishing of dinner silverware and rolling utensils if time allowed

Needs to be Food Handler certified

Part time hours include Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings

Possibility of adding extra hours
