Job Title: Bath Installation Leader (Trainer)
Location: New Caslte, DE
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM | Occasional travel/after-hours meetings

Youll guide and coach our new and growing installation teamsnot from a desk, but by getting involved, sharing your expertise, and setting the bar for excellence. If you've ever thought, I could show them a better way, this is your chance to do just that.
What You'll Do
Lead technical, hands-on training sessions for new hires, apprentices, and experienced installers.
Share your knowledge of installation best practices, craftsmanship, and on-site problem-solving.
Develop and maintain simple, clear training materials and demonstrations based on your real-world experience.
Provide on-the-job coaching that builds confidence, improves skill, and inspires pride in workmanship.
Stay current on materials, tools, and industry trends and help others grow with you.
Ensure teams are working safely, effectively, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure product knowledge and expectations align in the field.
Measure how well training translates into performance and adjust as needed to drive real results.

Have extensive carpentry or bath installation experience (especially in home remodeling).
Know how to lead a crew, solve problems in realtime, and bring out the best in others.
Have a strong voice, a calm demeanor, and the ability to explain things clearly and patiently.

Want to move from the daily grind of job site work into a leadership role without leaving the trade you love.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience leading remodeling or carpentry teams.
Deep understanding of bath installation processes and remodeling tools/materials.
Comfortable leading by example and coaching others in both classroom and on-site settings.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel locally for training support as needed.
Bonus if you've ever trained apprentices, led jobsite crews, or developed junior installers but formal teaching experience is NOT required.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Office hours range from 7:30 am 3:30pm
May be required to travel or attend meetings outside of normal work hours.
