Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team in Bowie, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and logistics, as well as a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits
• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Deliver materials to customer's homes
• Clean up job sites after installations, including disposing debris and restocking unused materials
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
