Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay: $16-$18 hourly
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Report to: Property Management Manager

As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, business sales, event management and real estate auction services. Your exposure to all things real estate will give you the tools to expand your knowledge and your career. This role requires collaborating with the property management team, property management support team, owners, tenants and customers. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, a welcoming attitude, and strong communication skills! The Scope of Work
- Property Inspections
- Place marketing signs; check keys
- Customer follow ups via phone, email, or text
- Assist in HOA Annual Meeting Mailing Preparation
- Complying with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Act
- Participate in projects assigned by Property Management Manager
- Assist with errands as needed outside of the office
- Support Property Management with admin tasks
- Additional tasks as assigned
